We were submitted to PGN April 19th (we didn't find out for three weeks) without pre-approval. This means that while we were waiting for the U.S. Embassy to issue approval for Brayden's Visa, our file was placed before the court for review so that any other mistakes could be corrected. Then, we should have been "kicked out" for not having pre-approval; this puts us back in the beginning of PGN to endure the wait again.
Well, I still don't know how it happened, but we have a complete file (in with PA) but we were never kicked out! Pending any other problems, our next step will be to exit PGN and to wait for the final signing from his birth mother, for his new birth certificate to be issued, and for our Embassy date to be set.
All I really care about at this moment is getting out of PGN because that means I am Antigua, Guatemala bound!
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart...
