Tummy time has definitely been a flop. Brayden has no concept of weight bearing on his arms (or his legs when he is standing, for that matter), but there is one positive change we have made...
He´s going to the floor. We doubled a heavy comforter and placed it on the floor between the two beds. He actually likes it there. Sadly, he likes it because he can see the television better, but at least he is getting some time out of the arms of a person.
The foster mom came to visit again, and she thinks he´s sick because we keep him too cold, but I promise that we have not had air conditioning, and his clothes have all been long sleeved and layered, and when outdoors, we keep a hat or blanket around him.
Other than that, there is no real news to report. He has been happy today, and he has napped well, but let´s hope that the little monster from last night doesn´t resurface. He was impossible! He wouldn´t lay down, and any attempt at letting him cry it out was lost when he began to gag. He is very stuffy, but hopefully the medicine we have for his nose will begin to help.
