He's walking! Today is the day we will officially document in his baby books as "the day he took his first steps." He has taken a few over the past week or so, but today, he decided he could do it by himself and literally took off! He is quite pleased with himself, too...lots of times, he falls because his giggles throw him off balance.
And guess what? I don't have a single picture. I have that new camera and no excuse aside from my sheer lack of foresight to blame. But I did get it on video, so maybe I can learn to upload video to the blog???
He has discovered, too, that his belly has grown. In the bathtub the other night, he looked down, and there it was: a very round bulge that he didn't have before. Then, he grabbed it and shook it "like a bowl full of jelly." And again tonight, it caught his attention.
And guess what? I don't have a single picture.
I need a holster so I can whip it out on the draw and catch every moment!

How exciting...a wonderful milestone! Guess you will be chasing him everywhere! I am looking forward to the video...it would be so much fun to see him in action!
