An End to My Blogging Break?

It has been almost a month since my last post, but it certainly has not been an uneventful time! So much has happened, but my computer has been down for a while, and my Kodak software has been on the outs, so making pictures accessible has been difficult.

My nephew Davey celebrated birthday #1 February 15th, so we traveled to their house for that weekend. He and Brayden really enjoyed their time together crawling down the hallway. Davey also had his first professional haircut (Granny trimmed it a few months back) and Teresa said he loved looking in the mirror and smiling at his cute self. He looks so much older now!

The previous one, we visited Drew, Brayden's friend who came home from GT the same time we did; they both share a love for Mickey Mouse and trains, so they had fun playing with Drew's toys. Their favorite time was standing on a large trunk in Drew's bedroom and using the cord on the window blinds as microphones.

The following weekend we watched Mickey and Minnie's Magical Journey, aka Disney on Ice. Brayden is still head-over-heels for Minnie Mouse, so the weeks before the show when we talked about it, he called it "Minnie on Ice." The Grandma's, Kelly, Isaac and Chloe met us there. We had wondered at first if Chloe was old enough to like it, but it didn't talk long to see that she enjoyed herself as well as the boys (if not better!).

Potty training is going REALLY well (knock, knock). He has used the potty for #2 every day except one for the past seven days. When warmer weather comes and we are outside more, I am going to switch him to underwear and see what happens. If would be great to have this over by mid summer or so...wishful thinking???
I am going to search for my picture folder again in hopes of posting more pics...

Good to see you haven't left the community! LOL I can't wait to take Dylan to Disney on Ice, I haven't been in years! It is hard to blog when you work and chase Brayden everywhere, I am sure!
