Calling Guatemala!

It's so nice to have met Brayden's foster family--I know he is loved and nurtured. The foster system in Guatemala (as opposed to an orphanage) introduces the babies to the kind of social system they will encounter once they get home; Luisa and Amanda are so attentive and loving, and when we call, we can hear how happy he is!

He wears 3-6 month clothes now, and he is 15 pounds. He hasn't grown any longer, so those extra two pounds must be in width! She said last week that he is "gordo!" He drinks four ounces of milk now instead of three. On his doctor's visit this past Friday, the doctor declared him healthy.

We received pre-approval Tuesday, and we found out today that we were submitted for PGN April 19th (knowing we will be kicked out for no PA, but at least they can find the problems now so we can fix them). We pray for a speedy kick-out so that we can meet that June pick-up!

Thank you, Lord, for providing a safe home for our baby.
Bring him to ours quickly!
