A Busy Weekend!

Boy has this weekend been crazy! One would think that Brayden would get tired of running around, but you really can't keep him too busy...

Friday, we went to the Texas Roadhouse with Jason's family (the first of his many trips there because it's our favorite). Brayden loved watching people, especially pretty waitresses and the groups singing "Happy Birthday."

He loves to pull his Papaw's cap from his head, but as you can see in the picture, he is not too thrilled to wear it himself.

Then on Saturday, we visited our dear friends Mr. and Mrs. Thompson, both of whom were teachers at our high school, and Mrs. T. fed a baby for the very first time! When I asked her if she would like to give him his bottle, she replied, "Sure! Now, how do you do it?" It didn't take her long to figure out that the work was up to him...

Saturday evening, Granny and Pappy came to visit, and we went to KFC and Wal-Mart, and afterward, they gave him his bath and dinner. He would have been ready to sleep at that point, but he loves to go up the steps. He enjoys it so much that they couldn't resist running up and down the stairs with him until they were exhausted!

And tomorrow, we'll be in church, and Uncle Jeff is coming to visit!
