Family Day in Guatemala City

Every Sunday, the main thoroughfare in the city shuts down for several blocks to give families a place to enjoy their time together. There are trampolines and inflatables, sweets and drinks, pony rides and goat-drawn carriages. Today, the festivities began with a performance by the local marching band, and in the background, we could hear a song advertisement for Otto Perez Molina, one of the candidates in the upcoming Presidential election. Brayden likes to watch people, so he quietly strolled and took in the sights.
