I called Luisa today, and guess what???? DNA was done today! It takes about two weeks for the results to be processed and arrive at the US Embassy, and then.....PINK will be issued!
Jason and I had a serious conversation tonight, and we decided that it will be relatively safe for me to travel sometime around October 6th. Nothing is definite, and it must be approved by our director (who is in Africa right now), but barring no major obstacles, in just over a week, I should be landing in GT!
Doing the happy dance! And scrambling to get it all done before I leave...
