(Our first) Fav. Foto Friday!

I'm joining the movement--with an active boy learning to walk, I see how difficult it could be to keep the blog updated, so I'm vowing to post at least weekly.



For this first one, I am backing up to our visit trip in April. Brayden was just over three months old, and I can still remember how that little white cap fit his head (and how we had to adjust and re-adjust it because it slid down over his eyes. He didn't fuss. We would just look over and he would be visionless!). I love this picture because his little hand (with fingernails that needed trimming) is delicately framing his face. And he loved that little blanket...He liked to feel the fringes and chew on them. Maybe that explains his current love affair with Blankie.

**This is the photo I used for our baby shower invitation. It's also one of the few times he was asleep with his eyes closed...it's a little freaky sometimes because he can look wide awake until his eyes roll back or flick side to side...
