Through Rain, Sleet, Hail, or Snow...

I guess the postal service's motto doesn't apply to Fed Ex. The courier who delivered our documents to Washington for authentication *overnighted* them to our agency. Notice in the margin--December 19th SHOULD HAVE been the delivery date. Unfortunately, our package was delayed (who knows why) and didn't arrive until today, which means it won't be addressed until at least after Christmas, and more than likely, after the New Year. I felt so far ahead, but I guess the phrase "Hurry up and wait" applies here. At least they're there now...
